Job automatically paused
During your job’s run, it may pause automatically with a message displayed in the corner.

This usually indicates a few possible things:
- You’ve entered an incorrect API key
- You are making too many requests too quickly
- Your network or internet connection is unreliable
- Decodo is undergoing an outage (should be temporary, check their status page)
- Keepa is undergoing an outage (should be temporary)
Navigate to the Logs pane and read the last few log messages, which will likely give you clues as to what went wrong. If you still can’t figure out what’s going on, please contact us.
